The architectural design of the 23-storey building, comprising 92 unique apartments, is truly one of a kind. To optimise the panoramic views from the residences, a remarkable concept was developed featuring an elegant twist at the midsection of the structure. This subtle rotation enhances the perspective over the city and the docks, making full use of the surrounding vistas. The façade, clad in premium natural stone, lends the tower a sophisticated appearance, while the bronze-accented aluminium joinery adds a touch of timeless grandeur.


VERTICAL SEGMENTATION
Within the base framework, the plinth, communal mid-section, and upper penthouse level are clearly defined, creating a strong vertical architectural composition.
